Carlos Lindo

Carlos Lindo is the Principal Solicitor and Director of Macarthur Law Group Pty Ltd and has been providing legal services in the Macarthur and Sydney area for over 14 years.

Carlos has practiced in the areas of Criminal, Family, and Immigration law extensively. Carlos has also worked in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury including workers compensation, Industrial law, company law, civil and commercial law.

Carlos has completed a Bachelor of Law, a Bachelor of Teaching, and a Bachelor of Languages. He is also fluent in Spanish and speaks Italian.

Carlos is a registered migration agent (registration no. 0635505). He provides a full range of professional services and advice on preparation of visa application together with all supporting documents and submissions, and advising on and conducting appeals at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and judicial reviews before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

Carlos has represented clients in litigation matters in New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria, and Western Australia. He has also provided support and legal advice in relation to complex matters such as jurisdictional issues and employment law to various consulates in Australia.

He has further successfully conducted immigration conferences in Colombia, Nicaragua and El Salvador.

Zulfiker Haque

Zulfiker Haque is an active and enthusiastic lawyer who has achieved a broad range of knowledge and experience practising in Family, Property, Criminal and Immigration laws.

Before he became solicitor, he worked for Federal Government, Multinational and Public companies. He has completed his LLB from Southern Cross University.

Zulfiker’s empathetic nature and high attention to detail means, he brings a calm and pragmatic approach to his client’s matters, doing everything he can to ensure that they receive the best results possible.

He appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, NSW District, Magistrates and Childrens Courts in Sentence matters, Interim defended hearings, Final Hearing and Bail applications. He also instructs well-regarded barristers in the Federal Court for complicated Family Law Matters.

Zulfiker is a well-respected advocate with a busy practice. He not only compellingly tells his clients’ stories, but also persuasively crafts his legal arguments for maximum impact. He uses his previous experience working with Corporate Business organisations, as well as his studies in Business and Commerce, to bring a deeper understanding to his clients’ needs. He can speak Bangla, Hindi and Urdu.
